Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be an essential part of our production process, supporting the process of rolling and bending sheet metal within a fast-paced factory environment. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will help ensure smooth operations, safety, and quality standards are met every day. Duties Operate the sheet metal roll former and trim folder to ensure precision and quality. Operate forklifts safely to move materials and finished goods around the manufacturing facility. Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery on the assembly line to maximize efficiency. Conduct warehouse organization tasks, including inventory checks, stock replenishment, and ensuring a clean work environment. Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations, including handling heavy equipment and using personal protective equipment. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Assist in loading and unloading materials from delivery trucks using appropriate equipment. Skills Proven experience working in sheet metal manufacturing or factory setting with hands-on assembly tasks. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse or factory environment. Familiarity with assembly line processes and factory safety procedures. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely. Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and operating machinery throughout shifts.
