Job Description

Staffmark is now hiring Manufacturing Associates!
Pay Rate:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
All shifts Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions, production procedures, and safety guidelines. Basic math and measurement skills preferred. Manufacturing, technical, or vocational training is a plus. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, production, or industrial experience preferred. Experience using hand tools, power tools, production equipment, or machining equipment is beneficial. Familiarity with quality inspections, blueprint reading, and production processes is a plus. Entry-level candidates with strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude. Strong safety awareness and ability to follow established procedures. Flexibility to work overtime and varying production schedules as needed. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. Ability to safely operate around machinery and industrial equipment. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, and other safety gear. Job Duties Operate manufacturing, machining, assembly, and production equipment to support engine component manufacturing. Load and unload materials, parts, and components safely and efficiently. Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. Perform quality inspections on raw materials, work-in-process items, and finished components. Monitor machinery, report equipment issues, and support continuous production flow. Follow blueprints, work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Support material handling, packaging, inventory movement, and other production-related tasks as assigned.
