8-12 Hour Shifts; Schedule May Vary Based on Operational Needs This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity. Employees will initially be employed by Hansen Commercial Services LLC and assigned to work at a client facility. Qualified employees may have the opportunity to transition to direct employment with the client based on performance, attendance, business needs, and client hiring requirements. Position Overview Hansen Commercial Services LLC is hiring dependable and hardworking Assembly/Production Technicians to support operations at a client facility in Register, Georgia. Training will be provided for assigned job duties, equipment, safety procedures, and facility-specific processes.

Responsibilities:

Perform assembly, production, material handling, and general labor duties as assigned. Follow instructions from supervisors and/or team leads. Learn and follow established work procedures and quality standards. Safely use assigned tools and equipment after receiving proper training. Assist with the movement, handling, assembly, and preparation of materials and products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety procedures and properly wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Work cooperatively with other team members, supervisors, and client personnel/leadership. Qualifications & Physical Requirements Previous experience in assembly, production, warehouse, general labor, construction, or other physically demanding work is a plus, but not required. What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who are ready to work, dependable, and willing to learn. You may be a good fit if you: Are comfortable working with your hands. Willing and able to perform physical labor throughout the shift. Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Be able to stand and walk for extended periods during an 8-12 hour shift. Be able to bend, kneel, climb, reach, twist, and perform other physical movements required by the position. Be willing to wear safety boots and all required PPE. Don't mind being on your feet and performing physical work throughout your shift. Can follow instructions and accept coaching. Take workplace safety seriously. Are interested in learning new skills and growing within the role. $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
