Job Description
Position Summary The role is responsible for maintaining general duties as assigned in the department. Position Responsibilities
- Support daily operations by filling in where needed across assigned utility, production, orsupport areas.
- Assist with start-up, shut-down, cleaning, and general operation of assigned equipmentand work areas.
- Follow all company safety, food safety, quality, GMP, and sanitation procedures at alltimes.
- Move between work areas as directed to support staffing needs, production schedules,and department priorities.
- Monitor equipment, materials, and work areas for issues and report concerns to thesupervisor or lead.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete required paperwork, logs, or production records accurately and timely.
- Assist operators, team members, and supervisors with routine tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors regarding workstatus or operational needs.
- Perform basic inspections to ensure products, materials, and work areas meet qualitystandards.
- Follow instructions and adapt quickly to changing assignments or production needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support department and company goals.

- Able to walk and stand, use arms and legs for long periods of time including wrist turningand finger manipulation.
- Employee stands frequently with tasks requiring consistent bending, stooping, kneeling,or crawling to complete; Lift, carry and push/pull occasionally of up to 50 pounds isrequired.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to extremetemperature conditions.
- Job locations can be consistently 40 degrees or below.
- The noise levels at work are moderate to loud and hearing protection is required.
