Assist in the preparation, mixing, and baking of bakery products according to established recipes and standards. Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, and packaging machines. Ensure quality and consistency of baked goods, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area. Package finished products and prepare them for delivery or sale. Follow all safety protocols and report any equipment issues or safety concerns.Skills Needed:
