7pm-7am (2-2-3 Schedule) Job Description The Cleanroom Technician supports high-volume production in a clean, controlled environment by preparing the wipes production area, loading paper spools, and maintaining a safe, efficient workflow. This role combines hands-on production support, basic material handling, and accurate documentation to ensure consistent product quality and reliable inventory control. Responsibilities Prepare the wipes production area and ensure materials are available for efficient daily operations. Load, monitor, and replace paper spools throughout the shift to support continuous production. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing waste and organizing production and warehouse areas. Support production lines by staging materials and delivering supplies as needed. Accurately track inventory, complete required documentation, and perform inventory transactions using RF scanners. Inspect equipment daily, report malfunctions, and assist with basic preventative maintenance tasks. Verify product quality and ensure proper storage of palletized materials. Assist with labeling, repacking, and other production support activities as needed. Follow all safety policies, including proper PPE usage and Lockout/Tagout procedures. Perform other duties as assigned to support cleanroom, production, and warehouse operations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mill Hall, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
