Job Description

Aloha! We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Equipment Technician & Production Specialist to join our coffee community. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, has strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, and takes pride in producing high-quality coffee products. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor coffee production, packaging, grinding, and related equipment Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, cleaning and routine maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues and communicate equipment concerns to management Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance when qualified Monitor production equipment to ensure proper operation and product consistency Assist with roasting, grinding, packaging, labeling, and preparation of coffee products Follow production schedules Maintain accurate production and maintenance records when required Travel to customer locations to inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and service coffee and beverage equipment as needed Respond to customer equipment service requests and assessing machine performance and operational issues Provide professional and courteous customer service while representing the company at customer locations Coordinate with manufactures and suppliers regarding parts availability, pricing, shipping, warranties, and technical support Skills Previous experience in production, manufacturing mechanical work, equipment maintenance, or a related field preferred Coffee industry experience is a plus but not required Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment Ability to learn and operate specialized coffee production equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift and move products and materials as required Benefits Opportunities to gain hands-on experience with commercial coffee, brewing, etc. equipment Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Supportive Team environment Paid Training and ongoing technical development Come be a part of a team where your skills are valued and grow within our coffee community!
Pay:
$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
