Production SupervisorPURPOSE OF POSITION
Produce defined quantity of parts and components according to company and customer specifications.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. Press components into cans including but not limited to bearings, seals, and snap rings. Position components including but not limited to cans, bearings, shafts, seals, and pushnuts before assembling product. Stack components including but not limited to pushnuts and seals. Assemble and assure parts and components are accurate according to specifications. Inspect cans and repair bad welds. Report material and/or paperwork errors to supervisor. Collect required data. Perform routine and preventative maintenance including but not limited to tightening bolts. Perform housekeeping in area including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and cleaning tools and machines. Continually participate in additional training related to the job. Perform extra assignments in other areas and related task assignments in the work area.QUALIFICATIONS

- EXPERIENCE
- COMPUTER SKILLS High school diploma or a general education degree (GED); or One to three months related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
