• Production Associate
• to join our growing team in Davenport, IA. This is a hands-on role in a warehouse and production environment where you'll assist with order fulfillment, material handling, packaging, shipping, receiving, and production operations.

• Responsibilities
• + Pull and prepare copper tubing, pipe, and other materials for customer orders.

+ Accurately select products and quantities according to work orders and pick sheets.

+ Package, box, bundle, and wrap products to ensure safe shipment and delivery.

+ Apply labels, barcodes, and product identification markers.

+ Operate basic production equipment and hand tools for cutting, wrapping, and processing materials.

+ Move materials to designated locations to support efficient warehouse operations.

+ Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks.

+ Perform inventory handling, material movement, and general warehouse duties.

+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

+ Support multiple departments through cross-training and teamwork.

• Required Qualifications
• + Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.

+ Ability to safely use hand tools and basic production equipment.

+ Experience with shipping, receiving, packaging, or order fulfillment is a plus.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.

+ Ability to work in a physically active environment and handle materials throughout the shift.

+ Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Preferred Qualifications
• + Experience working with pipe, tubing, metal products, or similar materials. + Experience in packaging, labeling, assembly, or warehouse operations. + Ability to learn multiple departments and adapt to changing priorities. + Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
