Position Summary Located in North America's wind belt, Davenport proudly stands at the forefront of renewable electricity technology. Our factory works to do our part to care for the environment, like investing in renewable electricity, conserving water and maintaining zero waste for disposal. Since 1927, it has been home to one of our largest manufacturing facilities. Originally focused on cereal production, the factory transitioned to become a pet food-only manufacturer in the late '90s. Today, it holds the distinction of being the largest pet food manufacturing facility in the U.S. With utmost care, our dedicated team in Davenport produces, packages, and ships a wide range of our beloved brands including Dog Chow®, Puppy Chow®, Alpo®, Beneful®, Purina ONE®, Cat Chow®, Friskies®, and Kit N Kaboodle®. As a Production Data Coordinator, you'll conduct studies on material usage and root cause analysis, as well as support annual compliance projects. Use your ability to collaborate to work closely with Manufacturing and Materials Handling teams to support the collection, entry, and reporting of manufacturing records and inventory management functions. You'll make a direct impact on costing, material requirements planning, and performance reporting as you join us in enhancing the lives of pets and pet owners nationwide. Enter and validate production data using SAP, EWM, and other warehouse management systems. Analyze, report, and develop action plans to correct production data, including usage transactions, production process errors, and quantity transactions to support manufacturing efficiency. Investigate plant floor process errors to determine root causes using SAP transactional history. Support inventory management teams through materials tracking and inventory oversight. Monitor and reconcile all movement, consumption, and declaration of raw materials/final product documents within the factory. Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of materials accounting or production systems experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, military or related environment The approximate pay range for this position is $50,000 to $67,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
