What You'll Do Depending on the position, responsibilities may include: Operating production equipment and machinery Trimming, assembling, or hanging parts for processing Inspecting parts to ensure quality standards are met Following work instructions and production requirements Maintaining a clean and safe work area Working as part of a team to meet customer expectations What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Excellent attendance and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Commitment to quality and safety Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Why Work at Deco Products?
