We're hiring Production Assemblers for a company in West Burlington, IA. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and strong teamwork. Candidates should be comfortable working in a high-paced production environment and willing to rotate tasks as needed to support production goals. Training provided! Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform assembly-related functions using hand or power tools Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners Work at different workstations based on production needs Identify all parts used on assigned product lines and understand placement requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Use pallet jacks to move products as needed

Production Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout the shift Ability to stand for a full 10-hour shift Ability to work in a hot environment Ability to work effectively with others Basic skills using handheld power tools and measurement devices Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with coworkers and supervisors Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
