THE ROLE

SCREEN

PRINT ASSISTANT

This is a hands-on, physical, fast-paced position at the heart of our production floor. You'll be working the dryer end of the press — catching garments, counting, sorting, and inspecting every piece that comes off the line. Your eye for detail and your hustle directly impact the quality and speed of every order that goes out the door. This is not a desk job. This is a role for someone who shows up ready to move, stays sharp throughout their shift, and genuinely cares about doing things right.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Catching garments off the dryer at a consistent, high-volume pace Counting and sorting finished pieces accurately by size, color, and style Inspecting garments for print defects, temperature issues, color accuracy, and quality control Cleaning screens and assisting with general press room maintenance Lifting and moving boxes — up to 60 lbs or more regularly Keeping the production floor organized, clean, and efficient Supporting the press team to keep jobs moving on schedule
