Temp-to-Hire Are you looking for stable, full-time work in food manufacturing? Join our team as a Production Worker in Chicago Heights! This is a physically demanding role with consistent hours and the opportunity to become a permanent employee.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 12-hour shifts Mandatory overtime on Saturdays when needed

Day Shift:

6:00 AM

• 6:00 PM ($15/hr)

Night Shift:

6:00 PM

• 6:00 AM ($16/hr)

Work Environment:

Temperature-controlled facility (50-60°F) Fast-paced, food production and assembly

Physical Demands:

Continuous, repetitive heavy lifting—up to 100 lbs (4-6 times per hour) Stand for entire 12-hour shift Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching Applicants must be comfortable with very active, physically demanding work!

Job Duties:

Assemble and package food products Follow strict food safety and cleanliness standards Rotate between positions on the production line Meet daily production goals Consistently lift and move heavy products

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required At least 6 months of food production or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift heavy items repeatedly throughout the shift Strong attention to safety and detail Able to work 12-hour shifts and mandatory overtime Steel-toe boots required Interested?
