Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly-motivated candidate for a full-time Production Specialist & Industrial Cleaning technician. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in a factory or warehouse environment. As a Production Technician / Industrial Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for assembling components and ensuring quality standards are met. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:

Unload materials and deliveries Move goods to and from storage areas, production lines, or trucks Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup per schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship). Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high. Escalate discrepancies, identify issues and offer solutions as necessary. Warehouse maintenance; maintain a clean and safe working environment. Safety 1st mentality; technical thinking and solution driven. Ability to follow directions ensuring the end results are accurate and completed with the required timeframe Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Operate machinery and equipment as needed Performs other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications Required:

Willingness to travel for projects Familiarity with warehouse procedures and best practices Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment Technical thinking, problem solving, a safety 1st mentality Good organization and time management skills Must be able to read and write in English as it pertains to the job - process, procedures and safety requirements.
