We are seeking a Bilingual Team Production Lead to work side by side with our Production Supervisor, overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety within our manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety protocols. Train team members on production processes, equipment usage, and safety procedures. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality. Manage daily production activities to ensure targets are met on time and within quality standards. Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime. Oversee production scheduling to align with demand forecasts and optimize capacity. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the production process. Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery to ensure it runs efficiently. Ensure proper use and care of equipment by all team members. Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of workplace safety. Conduct regular safety checks and address any identified hazards promptly. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety standards.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing role. Bilingual in Spanish (required). Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and machinery. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse workforce. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management tools.
