Job Title:

General Production Operator 3pm - 1:30am Mon - Thurs $20.25+ Job Description Join our team as a General Production Operator where you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including operating punch presses, assembly, and machine operation. You will be cross-trained in multiple areas based on needs, such as drill presses, shear presses, punch presses, straightening presses, torches, overhead cranes, forklifts, saws, and more. Your role will involve loading and unloading machines, monitoring machine operations to ensure product quality, and maintaining a clean work area. Responsibilities Operate punch press and other machinery as required. Perform assembly tasks, including assembling brackets on guiderails using basic hand tools. Help with final switch point assembly and grinder operations. Assist with CNC drill operations and panel building. Pre-assemble and deburr points and rail using grinders and impacts. Operate overhead cranes and forklifts as needed. Work in the Frog Assembly Department, using cranes, forklifts, and various benders. Perform housekeeping and special cleanup duties as assigned. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fox Lake, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.25/hr.
