Job Description

Aliyans Global is a growing manufacturer of premium halal frozen foods supplied to retail and foodservice customers throughout North America. We are looking for an experienced Senior Food Production Associate to join our production team. This is NOT an entry-level position and is NOT a restaurant cook or kitchen helper role. We are seeking professionals who understand high-volume food production and can work independently in a manufacturing environment. Required Experience You must have experience in one or more of the following: Food manufacturing Meat or poultry processing Frozen food manufacturing Commercial food production USDA or FDA regulated food facilities High-volume commissary or central kitchen production Applications without relevant production experience will not be considered. Responsibilities Prepare food products according to company recipes and production procedures. Operate grinders, mixers, forming equipment, cooking equipment, and packaging equipment. Maintain consistent product quality and production efficiency. Follow HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and food safety procedures. Monitor product temperatures, weights, and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized production area. Support production goals while maintaining strict quality standards. Assist in training new production associates when needed. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant food production experience. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Authorized to work in the United States. What We're Looking For We value individuals who: Take pride in producing high-quality food.
