is seeking a Production Machine Operator to join our team at a brand-new manufacturing facility equipped with state-of-the-art automated production equipment. This role involves operating and changing over our foam production line while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. Reasons to

Responsibilities:

Operate and oversee automated production machinery Execute line changeovers for different product sizes Perform quality inspections and document findings Adhere to production schedules and work instructions Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment Utilize tablets, scanners, and ERP systems effectively Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility Cross-train and provide assistance throughout the production area, including the coiling center as needed Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

Over two years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred. Proven experience with automated production equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude coupled with effective problem-solving skills. Dedicated to maintaining safety standards, quality, and punctuality. Proficient in using tablets and scanners. Ability to obtain certification for forklift and overhead crane operation.
