GDB International is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our Paint Recycling & Manufacturing Warehouse Team . The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, physically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Lift, carry, move, and organize one-gallon and five-gallon paint buckets and containers weighing up to approximately 70 lbs. repetitively . Stand and remain active on concrete flooring for a minimum of 8 hours per day . Sort paint and recyclable materials based on different types, mediums, colors, conditions, and classifications. Inspect products and materials for proper identification and processing. Accurately label paint containers, packaging, boxes, and pallets. Package finished and recycled paint products according to company standards. Work with aerosol paint cans while following all required safety procedures. Pick, organize, stage, wrap, and prepare large-volume orders for shipment. Assist with fulfilling mass customer orders accurately and efficiently. Verify products and quantities before orders are shipped. Properly separate and dispose of recyclable, damaged, or unusable materials according to company procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines. Report damaged products, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other concerns to supervisors. Maintain established productivity and performance expectations. Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production and shipping goals. Perform additional warehouse, recycling, manufacturing, packaging, and shipping duties as assigned. Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding warehouse position .

Candidates must be able to:

Repetitively lift and move materials weighing up to approximately 70 lbs. Frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, carry, and maneuver materials. Stand and walk for extended periods. Work on concrete flooring for a minimum of 8 hours per shift . Repetitively handle one-gallon and five-gallon paint containers, boxes, pallets, and packaging materials. Maintain the physical stamina necessary to perform repetitive warehouse and production duties throughout the workday. Work Environment This position is performed in an active paint recycling, manufacturing, and warehouse environment .
