Job Description
Please note that this position requires the following schedule: Mon-THURSDAY 7am-3:30pm Fridays

- 7am-3:30pm Sunday

- Processing Technician (Pre-roll packaging equipment) Pre-roll Packaging Technician The Pre-roll Packaging Technician is responsible for the production of pre-rolls in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to standard operating procedures for preparing materials and efficiently creating pre-rolls while ensuring consistency and quality throughout the process. Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including the safe operation of machinery, equipment, and instrumentation relevant to pre-roll production. Stand for extended periods and perform detailed, manual work using hands to complete tasks with precision and attention to detail. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production schedules and maintain workflow, ensuring a seamless production process. Communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and management, contributing to a positive and cooperative work environment. Maintain excellent housekeeping practices within the production plant by ensuring the assigned work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of each shift. Perform other tasks and duties as needed to support the production team and meet organizational goals.Requirements:
Strong work ethic with a commitment to completing tasks with attention to detail and high-quality standards. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the overall success of the production process. Must be 21 years of age or older to apply. Must be able to pass a federal background check as required. Must be willing to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).Benefits:
