Job Overview We are looking for dependable and hardworking Part-Time Production Associates to join our picture framing and wall art production team. This position involves hands-on production work, including cutting moulding, assembling picture frames, stretching canvas, and assembling finished artwork. Previous production experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided . This is a good opportunity for someone looking for afternoon/evening or weekend work . Available Schedules Afternoon/Evening Shift Monday-Friday 3:00 PM-9:00 PM Weekend Shift Saturday and/or Sunday 8:00 AM-4:45 PM Applicants may indicate whether they are available for the weekday afternoon shift, weekend shift, or both . Job Responsibilities Cut picture frame moulding accurately and efficiently Join and assemble picture frames Stretch canvas according to specifications Assemble finished artwork and frames Inspect finished products for quality Package or prepare finished products as needed Keep the work area clean and organized Follow production and safety procedures Assist with other general production tasks as needed Job Requirements Dependable and reliable Punctual and able to report to work on time for every scheduled shift Able to work with hands and basic hand tools Able to stand and work on your feet for most of the shift Able to perform repetitive production and assembly tasks Strong attention to detail Able to follow instructions and production specifications Able to work independently as well as part of a team Willing to learn different production processes Previous manufacturing, warehouse, picture framing, woodworking, or assembly experience is a plus, but not required What We Are Looking For Reliability is especially important for this position. We are looking for someone who will show up consistently, arrive on time, work efficiently, and pay attention to product quality . We are willing to train the right person. A positive attitude, good work ethic, and willingness to learn are more important than previous picture-framing experience.
