Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for dependable and hardworking Production Operators to join our team in Avon, Ohio. This position involves working in a manufacturing environment, operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met. Job Duties Operate production machinery and equipment safely. Assemble and package products according to specifications. Inspect products for quality and report any issues. Follow work instructions and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Load and unload materials as needed. Complete production paperwork and documentation. Meet daily production and quality goals. Work effectively as part of a team. Perform other general production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required. Must be dependable and have good attendance. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Must be able to safely lift and move materials as required.
