• Key Responsibilities
• + Load raw materials into automated production equipment.

+ Monitor production lines and ensure products meet quality standards. + Perform quality inspections and document production data. + Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report concerns as needed. + Read and follow work instructions and production specifications. + Operate forklifts and overhead cranes after training. + Package, label, and move finished products. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. + Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.

• Required Qualifications
• + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a 12-hour shift. + Comfortable working at heights and using stairs or lift equipment. + Ability to read, write, and understand English work instructions. + Strong attendance record and stable work history. + Willingness to be trained on forklifts and other equipment.
• Preferred Experience
• + Manufacturing or production experience. + Warehouse, construction, or general labor experience. + Machine operation experience. + Quality inspection experience. + Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. + Forklift experience (not required).

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $22.11
