Job Title Manufacturing Associate First Shift Location Fremont IN Shift First Shift 600 AM to 230 PM Pay 16.00 per hour Overtime Voluntary Job Description We are seeking a dependable and detail oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team at our Fremont Indiana facility. This is a first shift position in a quiet clean production environment. Key Responsibilities Operate an industrial serger sewing machine Assemble parts according to specifications Cut raw materials to required lengths Package finished goods for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety and quality standards Qualifications Ability to operate or learn to operate industrial sewing equipment Basic mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic What We Offer 1600 per hour starting pay Consistent first shift schedule 600 AM to 230 PM Voluntary overtime opportunities Stable work environment #Angola
