Job Responsibilities:

Operate mixers and add minor ingredients to prepare mixes for casting/pressing Cast, press or finish product Operate ovens and kilns to dry and fire product Maintain raw material and product identification and record data into ERP system Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials and work in progress Production Worker Qualifications Good "hands on" skills with reasonable mechanical aptitude Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout shift Positive attitude and willingness to learn High school diploma or equivalent required Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment physical and drug screen prior to employment Benefits Competitive pay and merit-based increases Comprehensive health, dental, life and vision insurance Career advancement opportunities in a growing company Supportive, team-oriented work environment Paid time off and retirement plan options This is a Monday-Friday, day shift position with some overtime available.
