Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Production Employee to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be integral to the assembly and production of quality printed circuit boards from start to finish. Your expertise in electronics assembly and production will help drive our company's production of high-quality circuit boards used in a variety of innovative applications. Duties will depend on previous experience and what you are able to learn We are willing to train in most areas. You can learn to work with surface mount technology (SMT) assembly, including placement and soldering of surface-mount components with accuracy and consistency. Use testing equipment such as ohmmeters all the way up to pick n place machines and high speed flying probe testers, to verify electrical connections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure circuit functionality. Depending on your prior knowledge, we will teach you various steps in manufacturing of PCB's from double sided to multi layer printed circuit boards. Conduct soldering operations with proficiency in various techniques. Assist in mechanical assembly processes Complete processing of printed circuit boards, following each step laid out in our company process sheets. You could be working with NC drilling and milling equipment and in the operation of laser imaging equipment. Maintain detailed documentation of production processes, inspection results, and quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards. Experience Prior experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with surface mount technology (SMT), soldering techniques, and electrical wiring helpful, but not necessary Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other testing equipment for electrical troubleshooting. A basic knowledge of Chemistry would be helpful. Ability to read mechanical drawings and perform basic machining or fabrication tasks when needed. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or electro-mechanical components is a plus but not required. Join us in creating cutting-edge electronic solutions!
