A truly safety driven environment. Your impact Execute work instructions and control plans with precision; support efficient changeovers. Complete quality checks and log results in the Quality System to keep the process nominal; input GMaP's data when required. Analyze reliability and yield trends and communicate insights. Maintain 5S standards to keep the area organized and audit-ready. Know required PPE and all lockouts/e-stops; keep operations moving in a fast-paced setting. Troubleshoot, solve problems, and take on departmental tasks at the direction of supervision. What it takes Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills; set priorities and goals effectively. Strong communicator who can work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making. Proven work ethic with excellent attendance and a positive attitude; leads by example. Basic computer skills preferred. Team player who collaborates, finds common ground, and resolves issues quickly. Self-motivated with initiative and dedication to completing tasks despite setbacks.

Available for days or nights and overtime. Frequently lift up to 45 lbs. Reliable transportation; regular and predictable attendance. May work beyond 40 hours as needed for workload or projects, including weekends and holidays. Legal and compliance Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
