Job Description

Company Overview L&W Engineering began humbly in 1975, when a handful of employees started building parts for the RV industry in a barn outside of Middlebury, Indiana. From the start, our focus has been to build quality parts and maintain quality relationships with our customers. Currently, L&W Engineering utilizes four modern production facilities with over 200,000 square feet in Middlebury, In. Our employees are our biggest asset at L&W Engineering. We focus on safety and give top priority to encouraging family values and building significant relationships! Summary We are looking for an individual to join our steel welding team as a Robotic Welder who is reliable, self-motivated and a team player. Candidate would need to be available to work1st shift hours 5:00 am
  • 2:30 pm Monday
  • Thursday and 5:00 am
  • 9:00 am Fridays.
Some overtime may be required as needed. This position requires some computer knowledge, CNC knowledge is preferred but not required. Lifting up to 50lbs at a time. This job requires someone to be on their feet for long periods of time. This individual must have the desire to learn all aspects of the job. Responsibilities Knowledge of steel and mig welding; loading and unloading robot welding cells; measure parts for conformance, position, align, and secure work pieces against fixtures. Willing to train the right candidate. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs continuously. Must know how to read a tape measure. Knowledge of CNC is helpful but not required. Job Details Pay is hourly plus an added production bonus pay will be discussed further in the interview process. $31,200
  • $49,900 annually does not include production bonus Hours are 5:00 am
