3005089909-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Heidelberg Materials is hiring production team members for our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll support safe and efficient production of cement, aggregates, and related materials by operating equipment, monitoring quality, performing basic maintenance, and following strict safety and environmental standards. You will work closely with a collaborative crew to keep plants and machinery running reliably, troubleshoot issues, complete inspections, and assist with loading, mixing, or batching activities. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production and material-handling equipment safely Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures and policies Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance on machinery Assist with batching, mixing, loading, and material flow activities Monitor product quality and report or correct variances Complete production, safety, and maintenance documentation accurately Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues with the team Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members during shifts Support housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized work area Participate in training and continuous improvement activities Required Skills Equipment operation Basic mechanical maintenance Production process monitoring Quality control and inspection Safety and OSHA compliance Reading gauges and instrumentation Basic troubleshooting Warehouse and material handling Recordkeeping and documentation Team communication
