Job DescriptionJOB DETAILSBase pay starts at $18.25 per hour

Shift Hours:

5:00 am - 1:30 pm, hours may vary depending on operations.

DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIESOperate various CNC controlled machines, such as presses, lasers, rolling mills in a fast-paced production setting, with an emphasis on safety and qualityUtilize scanning equipmentInspect work visually for defects according to quality standardsServe as a positive role model consistent with Cornerstone Building Brands Mission, Vision and Core ValuesProvide cost saving suggestions and ideas to improve production and eliminate wasteMust be willing/able to work overtimeMust be able to read a tape measure, write, and follow posted schedulesWilling to learn and take on additional tasks as assignedTeam player and keeping safety firstQualificationsMust have a high school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a related area is preferredMust have basic Microsoft knowledgeExperience with side forklift, bander, nail gun, overhead crane, saws, stretch wrap machine, and various pneumatic equipment preferred, not requiredAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
