Production Associate(s) (Batching, Extrusion, Sanitation & Blending/Packaging)

Bloomfield Farms is Hiring! Bloomfield Farms is seeking dependable Production Associates / Sanitation Technicians to support our growing food manufacturing operations. This hands-on role includes batching, machine operation, packaging, and maintaining sanitation standards throughout the facility. Key ResponsibilitiesBatching & Ingredient Preparation Weigh and organize raw materials according to batch formulas Follow batching SOPs and maintain accurate documentation Comply with allergen control and GMP policies Ensure traceability of all ingredients and materials Extrusion & Machine Operation Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion equipment Clean and sanitize equipment before and after production Verify product quality at startup and throughout runs Collect and document quality samples Complete required production paperwork Production & Packaging Package finished goods into properly labeled containers Ensure products are sealed, metal-detected, and palletized correctly Follow SOPs for packaging, labeling, and stacking Maintain clean and organized work areas Sanitation & Facility Cleaning Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble production equipment and lines Clean utensils and smallwares (scoops, brushes, etc.) Perform cleaning per Master Sanitation Schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) Complete sanitation logs and daily task documentation Work with Quality Control to ensure equipment passes inspection Maintain GMP compliance in all sanitation procedures Manage waste and debris throughout the facility Keep wash bays and cleaning areas clean and organized Support overall facility cleanliness alongside Production and Quality teams What We're Looking For Experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred Knowledge of GMPs, sanitation processes, or food safety standards a plus Ability to follow SOPs and work with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods Willingness to perform both production and sanitation duties Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Why Join Bloomfield Farms?
