Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service in our restaurant. Your ability to connect with guests, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction will contribute significantly to our establishment's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining attention to detail in presentation. Process payments using the cash register, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food handling and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries or complaints professionally and promptly. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts. Skills Previous experience in a fine dining environment is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and guest service best practices. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. A passion for providing memorable dining experiences is a plus.
