Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Safety & Compliance :

Consistently work in a safe and efficient manner, utilizing all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to established safety protocols and guidelines.

Documentation & Standards :

Accurately read and interpret product-related documentation, including product guidelines, quality and safety alerts, standard work instructions (STW), customer option sheets, and quality objectives. Use the first piece as a visual reference to ensure consistency.

Component Preparation :

Clean, trim, and assemble product components using hand tools, ensuring proper fit, form, and function in accordance with specifications.

Production Flow :

Maintain a continuous and efficient cycle of production and packaging to prevent workstation backlog and ensure smooth workflow.

Quality Assurance :

Inspect finished products to verify they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Training & Support :

Assist in onboarding and training new hires and support cross-functional teams and departments as needed.

Standard Work Compliance :

Follow all STW documentation and training protocols. If STW is not available for a process, ensure proper training techniques are followed to maintain consistency and safety.

Continuous Improvement :

Actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives, including 5S and STW activities, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

Additional Responsibilities :

Perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

Experience in a manufacturing environment

7a-7p 2/2/3 schedule
