GENERAL PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE
Think Packaging LLC Position Summary The General Production Employee is responsible for supporting daily production and warehouse operations at Think Packaging. This position may work in various areas based on production schedules and business needs, including labeling, handwork, packing, repacking, material handling, quality checks, and general production support. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions are essential. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform various production, packaging, labeling, handwork, and warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
  • Accurately count bottles, cases, labels, packaging materials, and other production items as required.
  • Inspect products and packaging for quality issues, defects, incorrect labels, or other concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
  • Follow production instructions, work orders, procedures, and direction provided by supervisors and management.
  • Accept instruction, coaching, and constructive feedback and make adjustments when needed.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining Think Packaging's quality standards.
  • Work cooperatively with supervisors, coworkers, temporary employees, and other departments.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in the workplace.
  • Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Assist in other areas or departments as needed based on daily production requirements.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, attendance, and workplace policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and/or move at least 50 pounds .
  • Must be able to stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive movements associated with production and packaging work.
  • Must be able to bend, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to safely perform physical duties in a warehouse and production environment. Qualifications & Expectations
  • Must be dependable and maintain regular and consistent attendance.
  • Must report to work on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts.
  • Must be able to work overtime when required based on production and business needs.
  • Must be able to count accurately and maintain accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail is required.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment .
  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be receptive to coaching, instruction, and feedback.
  • Must work well with others and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented work environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to move between tasks or production areas as needed is required. Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or similar experience is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may qualify for an increased pay rate based on the position and business need.
Work Environment This position works primarily in a production and warehouse environment. Employees should expect a fast-paced setting with high production volumes, repetitive tasks, extended periods of standing, and changing daily production needs. Employees may be assigned to different areas of the operation depending on workload, staffing, customer requirements, and production schedules. Pay:
From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
