High SchoolResponsibilitiesResponsibilities Set up, calibrate, and operate production machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Hand-assemble components and run automated equipment on a continuous production line. Monitor equipment performance, line speed, and output volume to ensure shift targets are met. Identify minor equipment glitches and perform routine adjustments to keep production moving smoothly. Perform continuous visual inspections of in-process components and finished goods for surface or functional defects. Use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, gauges, micrometers) to verify that parts meet exact specifications and tolerances. Document inspection findings and promptly report quality non-conformances to line supervisors or quality engineers.
