Pay Rates 21.00 USD hourly Must-have Requirements Ability to read and write in English and Spanish More than 2 years of manufacturing experience Must not have previously worked at the client company Ability to work 7 days a week for 12 hours while standing and lifting Ability to attend 2 paid training days to pass 4 written exams and a hands-on evaluation Desirable Requirements Foundational understanding of production technologies and processes Familiarity with quality measurement tools, such as calipers Experience with power tools Detail-oriented with the ability to visually identify damage or missing parts Competence in using industry-specific software for reporting and data analysis Role Responsibilities Conduct inspections on parts, components, and finished products following established work instructions Perform precise gap and flushness evaluations Manage the loading and unloading of modules from storage racks Identify and escalate potential non-conformities through the formal protocol Assist with first-off/last-off testing and internal sorting of components Location Lexington.
