Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Must be able to interview prior to placement Job Duties Verify job orders and ensure correct printing, striping, tape, and color requirements on pipe products Perform visual inspections throughout the production process Monitor pipe quality and ensure proper placement on reels Confirm footage and secure finished reels correctly Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Operate and monitor production equipment as trained Refill material bins and move materials throughout the facility Assist with grinding, pelletizing, and other production processes as needed Cross-train in additional departmental functions Support other production duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Conduit Associate. Physical Capabilities Regularly lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds Occasionally lift, pull, and move up to 100 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
