Job Description

Adecco is proud to partner with Nestlé, a global leader in the food industry, to recruit motivated Food Production Operators for their cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates seeking to launch or advance their careers in food production within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and handle raw ingredients to assemble and package products efficiently and safely. Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet strict quality standards. Follow safety protocols diligently and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in achieving production goals during assigned shifts while adhering to all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
No prior experience is necessary; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience in machine operation is a plus but not required. Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment, with flexibility to work in varying temperatures. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a physically demanding setting. Strong commitment to safety and quality standards. Willingness to work overtime and rotate between first and second shifts, which will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay Details:
$16.20 to $18.20 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
