Walton, KY Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience required. Computer systems experience required. Forklift experience preferred. Sit-down forklift experience preferred; certification will be provided. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to perform manual material handling and stacking. Ability to work with production equipment. Ability to follow established production and safety procedures. Composite-toe footwear required. Jeans and T-shirt required. Strong attendance and dependability. About the Production Associate Role As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include: Operate production process equipment. Perform manual material handling duties. Stack materials as required. Palletize materials and finished products. Handle talc materials during production. Operate a sit-down forklift as needed. Assist with material movement throughout the production area. Follow established production procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all workplace safety requirements.
