• Job Summary
• We are seeking reliable and hardworking Assembly Helpers to join our production team. This role requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, performing repetitive tasks, lifting materials, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Candidates must be comfortable standing for extended periods and meeting daily production goals.
• Responsibilities
• + Assemble products according to company standards and specifications. + Perform repetitive lifting of materials and components weighing
• 5 to 25 lbs.
• + Stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift. + Inspect products for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies. + Maintain production quotas and meet daily performance expectations. + Package finished products for shipment or storage. + Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. + Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
