Working closely with engineering and QA teams, you'll help track issues, maintain logs, and uphold quality, safety, and security standards. Responsibilities Monitor and operate production software tools to support deployment and maintenance workflows Follow standard operating procedures to ensure accurate, high-quality production output Assist senior operators with configuring, testing, and validating system changes Log production issues, document steps taken, and escalate complex problems as needed Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to support releases and updates Perform basic data entry, reporting, and status tracking in production systems Participate in training on enterprise platforms, automation tools, and best practices Support continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements Adhere to safety, security, and compliance standards in all production activities Work rotating shifts as needed to support 24/7 production operations Required Skills Production operations support System monitoring Basic scripting or automation familiarity Issue logging and documentation Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) Software deployment support Basic SQL or data entry Incident escalation Collaboration with engineering and QABasic understanding of IT security and compliance
