Want real, hands-on experience running live sporting events? Bayou Nation hosts tournaments and events across many sports, from weekend events to week-long summer tournaments. We're looking for motivated people to help run things on-site and, as they grow, take the lead. This role is a great fit for people studying or working in sports management, event management, facility management or a related field. You don't need to be a current student. If you're organized and like being where the action is, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Help run on-site operations during weekend events and week-long summer tournaments Handle check-in, field and venue setup, scheduling updates and game-day logistics Be the go-to person for teams, coaches, parents, officials and vendors Coordinate with concessions, grounds and facility staff so events run smoothly Solve problems on the spot and keep things on schedule Serve as the on-site administrator during some events , overseeing operations and making decisions What We're Looking For A current student or recent grad in sports, event, facility or hospitality management, or anyone with a real interest in the field Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence under pressure Organized and dependable, and takes initiative Comfortable on your feet for long days, outside and in the heat Available on weekends, and ideally for week-long tournament stretches in the summer Nice to Have Experience with events, athletics, recreation or customer service Knowledge of sports scheduling or tournament software Leadership or supervisory experience What You'll Get Internships are available.
