Hourly Starting Pay:

$15.00-18.00 per hour About the Position Northeastern Promotions is expanding our in-house production department and looking for a Printing Machine Operator to join our team in Bedford, MA. Previous printing or production experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. This is a hands-on production position where you will learn how to set up jobs, operate printing equipment, complete customer orders, check print quality, and maintain a clean and organized production area. We use several different types of printing and finishing equipment, including DTF printers, UV printing equipment, and heat presses . You do not need experience with every machine. We will provide training on our specific equipment, software, and production processes. This is a good opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with equipment, and interested in learning printing and promotional product production. Main Responsibilities Set up jobs for production Operate DTF printers Operate our UV 6090 printer Use production software to prepare and set up print jobs Operate heat presses and other production equipment Load garments, transfers, and products into machines Monitor equipment while production jobs are running Check completed products for print quality, color, and placement Cut, sort, fold, and organize finished products as needed Package completed production orders Perform basic daily cleaning of printing equipment Wipe down machines and work surfaces after jobs are completed Remove scraps, used film, transfer materials, packaging, and other production waste Sweep and maintain a clean production and warehouse area Return tools, materials, inks, and supplies to their proper locations Help keep production materials and supplies organized Assist with other basic production and warehouse tasks as needed Experience Previous experience in any of the following is preferred but not required : Printing or print production DTF printing Screen printing UV printing Heat transfer Sublimation Apparel decoration Promotional product production Machine operation Warehouse or manufacturing production You do not need experience with all of our equipment. Training will be provided on our machines, software, job setup, and production process. What We're Looking For Reliable and able to arrive at work on time Willing to learn new equipment and production processes Comfortable working with machines and production equipment Able to follow job instructions and production specifications Strong attention to detail Able to identify basic quality issues Able to keep a clean and organized workspace Comfortable standing and working in a production and warehouse environment Able to work independently once trained Previous printing, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Daytime hours In-person in Bedford, MA As our production volume increases, overtime opportunities may become available , including additional weekday hours and occasional weekend production shifts. Weekend work is not currently a regular requirement but may become available as production grows. Pay Starting at $15.00 per hour Hourly, non-exempt position.
