Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) certification. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. Preferred Skills Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) experience. Knowledge of IPC workmanship standards. Experience using ERP systems. Experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Experience working in regulated or quality-controlled electronics manufacturing environments. Job Responsibilities Perform electronic and mechanical assembly operations. Use hand tools and automated manufacturing equipment to complete production tasks. Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, routers, and bills of material. Verify assemblies against applicable manufacturing documentation and workmanship requirements. Support inspection and quality verification activities. Record production information in ERP or MES systems as required. Maintain required production and assembly documentation. Follow established IPC workmanship standards and manufacturing procedures. Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
