Role Description The Tasting Room Associate is a part-time, on-site role based in Sheffield, MA. This position involves welcoming guests, guiding visitors through spirit tastings, and providing educational information about Berkshire Mountain Distillers' products, production processes, and history. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting product options, answering questions, assisting with retail sales and checkout, and maintaining a clean and inviting tasting room environment. The associate will also help restock shelves, set up displays, and ensure guests receive attentive, professional customer service. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required to support tasting room operations.
