Our client, a leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a Production Lead to join their team. As a Production Lead, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting the production and packaging teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Monday to Friday from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM (schedule may vary depending on business needs) What's the Job? Lead production activities and coordinate team members on assigned lines Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, and safety standards Support line setup and maintain efficient production flow Assist with staffing, training, onboarding, and coaching employees Monitor productivity, waste reduction, and line efficiency What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent Production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food manufacturing experience Strong communication, reading, writing, and basic math skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks Team-oriented with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities What's in it for me?
