Laborer Responsibilities:

• Load and unload rims and wheel components from production lines
• Move products and materials throughout the facility
• Perform visual inspections to verify quality standards
• Support production operations and maintain a clean work area CL 1

Laborer Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, and repetitive movements
• Ability to grip, push, pull, and manipulate materials throughout the shift
• Ability to consistently lift 50-100 pounds depending on position and department
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and assigned shifts as needed
