Full Job Description Description:
The Assembly Lead is responsible for leading daily assembly operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, accurately, on time, and within budget. This role serves as the point of contact between the assembly team and production leadership while maintaining Elevation3D's standards for quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Lead and/or attend project launches and staging activities Coordinate project execution with the Shop Foreman and production team Train, mentor, and support assembly team members Ensure quality standards and SOP compliance are maintained Monitor labor efficiency and help minimize overtime Attend QAMs and communicate project concerns proactively Identify risks, missing materials, and scheduling issues early Ensure projects stay on budget for labor and materials Minimize avoidable mistakes, rework, and project delays Verify all project components are complete before shipment Support successful project pack-ups, returns, and inventory management Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
