Job Description Monitor and improve supplier, subcontractor, and internal product quality performance. Lead and support ISO quality management initiatives, including internal audits. Manage corrective and preventive action programs, ensuring effective issue resolution. Partner with suppliers to investigate quality concerns and implement sustainable corrective actions. Track supplier change notifications and support supplier quality management programs. Maintain accurate quality documentation, records, and reporting systems. Collaborate with reliability and failure analysis teams to drive product improvement efforts. Support continuous improvement projects focused on manufacturing quality and operational excellence. Perform technical inspections, testing, and measurement activities as needed. Work cross-functionally to drive quality initiatives from concept through completion. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience within semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, quality engineering, or related environments. Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and device technologies. Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams. Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Experience with SPC, DOE, FMEA, Control Plans, Process Capability studies, or Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable. Familiarity with JMP, Minitab, or related statistical software is preferred. Knowledge of
